Terms and Conditions

A) VIP Limited aim to deliver goods within 72 working hours of an order being placed (does not include weekends, bank holidays or through the christmas period) however, we can sometimes make deliveries in 24 to 48 hours. We will always advise you of when we expect to make the delivery or whether there is any delay incurred due to the location the delivery is being sent to. If you require an urgent delivery we can organise a same day courier, however this will be at an additional cost to you. Furthermore, should you need a delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, we can organise this for you but again additional charges will apply. Please request a call back from us where we will be happy to assist in any way we can. Please note, deliveries are made to kerb side, goods inwards or designated delivery points only.

B) If you have a large project then please email info@vipltd-uk.com or request a call back from us where we will look at offering discounts for items required and build a solid working relationship between our companies.

C) Delivery costs, if you have a large order to place, please request a call back so we can look at offering further discounts and the possibility of cancelling all delivery charges for the named project.

D) Upon receiving your delivery you are required to 'sign' for the goods taken. It is essential that you check the delivery ticket to confirm the goods received match the goods ordered. Also make sure everything is correct and not damaged in any way. If you have any damages, or items that are not correct, you will need to notify us immediatley so we can make arrangements to sort out the issue with minimal fuss.

E) Should you wish to cancel your order after payment has been received you can do so by emailing info@vipltd-uk.com
If you cancel after delivery has been made then please also email us and it will be down to you (customer) to return all items at your expense ensuring that all items are in perfect condition and any boxes remain unopened etc. You will also be required to pay a restocking charge of 30% of the order value if the return is agreed by us. Any items that have been opened or not a perfect condition will not be accepted.

F) If you have ordered a 'bespoke' item (specially made or not a stock item) we cannot accept these goods back.

G) Sometimes items ordered may be showing as 'in stock' but may not be in good condition or an incorrect 'stock count'. We will advise you as soon as possible if this occurs.

H) Any projects that require a certain specification such as fire and/or DB sound rating then please speak to us first before placing any order. We cannot offer certification if all correct itmes are bought from us.

I) Please note we cannot offer a fire / DB rating certificate unless you request a call back from us and state what specification you require, where we will submit our quotation with all the correct products. Only when you accept our quotation we will forward the correct documentation.
